You choose a tier, we schedule your services, and you only pay for what's actually been done. No flat monthly fee for services you didn't use — just straightforward billing for completed work, managed through your Life Services portal.
We currently service South East Queensland — Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, and surrounds. Not sure if we're in your area? Chuck your postcode in and we'll let you know.
No. Life Services is a locally owned and operated business based in Brisbane. There's no national call centre, no offshore support queue, and no franchise fee baked into your price.
Our team are vetted, insured, and actually trained in what they do. We're not a marketplace of randoms — we stand behind the people we send to your home.
We have four tiers — Essentials, Maintain, Protect, and Ultimate. Each one covers a different level of home care, from the basics right up to full whole-home management. Compare them on our pricing page to find the right fit.
You only pay for services that have been completed — no paying for things that haven't happened. Pricing depends on your tier, your property, and the services included. Everything is transparent and itemised in your portal. Head to our pricing page to see what's covered at each level.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade through your Life Services portal at any time — no phone calls needed. Changes take effect from your next scheduled service cycle.
No lock-in contracts. You can cancel anytime. Just be aware that if you signed up with a promotional offer — like a free garden clean-up — the value of that offer becomes payable if you cancel within the specified period. Full details are in your service agreement.
Payment is via BECS direct debit. Once a service is completed, it's logged in your portal and charged to your nominated account. Simple, automatic, and fully visible.
No setup fees and no hidden costs. You'll see every charge before it hits your account — it's all itemised in your portal. If something falls outside your plan, we'll quote it first.
Yes, from time to time. Sign up to our list or follow us on socials to stay across current offers. Just note that promotional inclusions — like a complimentary service on sign-up — are subject to a minimum period. If you cancel early, the value of the promotion is recoverable. It's all spelled out clearly before you commit.
Depending on your tier, services include lawn mowing and edging, house cleaning, pool care, pest control, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and handyman maintenance. Full inclusions are listed on each plan page.
Frequency depends on the service and your tier. Lawn mowing might be fortnightly, cleaning weekly or fortnightly, pool care weekly — it's all built around what your home needs. Your schedule is confirmed when you sign up and visible in your portal.
Yes. Request additional services directly through your portal — we'll send you a quote, you approve it, and we get it done. All tracked in one place.
Our model is built around subscriptions — that's where we do our best work. That said, get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible.
Pool care includes chemical balancing, skimming, brushing, and filter checks. On higher tiers, chemicals are included in the price — no surprise supply costs.
We cover the common SEQ offenders — cockroaches, ants, spiders, silverfish, and general pest management. Termite inspections and treatments are available on select tiers. If you've got something specific going on, ask us.
General maintenance tasks — fixing hinges, patching walls, replacing tap washers, hanging things, silicone sealing, minor carpentry. The small jobs your home has been patiently waiting on.
Yes. Our technicians come fully equipped. You don't need to supply anything — just let us in and get on with your day.
Your portal is your home maintenance command centre. From one login you can view upcoming and completed jobs, approve quotes, download invoices, manage your plan, and upgrade or downgrade your services. Everything in one place, no phone calls required.
You'll get portal access when you sign up. Just log in with your email and password. If you've lost your login details use get in touch.
Yes. Any work outside your standard plan — additional services, one-off jobs, or upgrades — will appear in your portal as a quote. You review it, approve it, and we get it scheduled. Nothing happens without your sign-off.
Yes. Every completed job generates an invoice that lives in your portal permanently. You can download, print, or forward them whenever you need.
Sign up online, choose your tier, and we'll be in touch to lock in your schedule. Your upcoming services will then appear in your portal so you always know what's coming.
Just let us know with reasonable notice and we'll move it. You can flag it through your portal or give us a call — whichever's easier.
Not always. External services like lawn mowing and gutter cleaning don't require you to be there. Internal services like cleaning will be sorted on access when you sign up. It's all noted in your portal.
Tell us. We'll come back and fix it — no arguments, no excuses. You can flag it through your portal or contact us directly.
For weather-sensitive services, we'll reschedule to the next suitable day and update your portal so you're always across it.
Log into your portal and cancel directly — no phone calls required, no hold music, no one trying to talk you out of it. If you'd prefer to speak to someone, you're welcome to, but it's entirely your choice. If you signed up under a promotional offer, just check the terms attached to that offer before you go — the value may be recoverable within the specified period. Everything's spelled out in your service agreement, no surprises.
